We have just left this amazing bar and restaurant where we had a great dinner at the sunset. The waiter man is a very kind person, handled all tables -during full house , with a smile and good mood. Reasonable price for a very idyllic eatery and bar by the water and great service! Thank you!

been here with a friend for a typical italian happy hour. we had our best time ever! Italian…mhmh better venician spritz are one of the best I’ve ever tried and the owner, Monica, is so friendly and easygoing! I def suggest all of you to come and have your best time in Venice!last but not least…THE VIEW GUYS!!! OMG: one side you’ll have the sunset and on the other you can admire san mark square!!!What are you waiting for?!?!?!!!!!!

Excellent view of the main island of Venice. Reasonably priced spritz and beer, with snacks. Also, the best spritz since I’ve been here. Claudio, the bald man, is the owner’s husband and is super nice. Absolutely recommend!!

Delicious food, very warm and welcoming staff. Amazing views overlooking the canal and beautiful sunset. Had one of the best evening in Venice while trying their chiquito & cocktails. Couldn’t resist going back there for breakfast before flying out of Venice.

Owned by the absolutely nicest couple. Service was amazing and prompt, and they were both very patient as I practiced ordering in Italian.This spot is frequented by many locals, so if you’re looking for authenticity, you have found a good place.There were an array of different spritzes, including a Passionfruit Spritz and a Pink Hugo Spritz.There’s many options on the menu, including a plethora of yummy vegetarian options.If you find yourself in Giudecca, you will be received with a warm, warm welcome here!

Bar Da Monica is the perfect place for chilling after a long day stroll around Venice. Tasty food and great cheap Spritz to enjoy the sunset with a breathtaking view from La Giudecca island. The place is also perfectly located near the Vaporetto stop “Le Zitelle”, easily and quickly reachable from San Marco.

Lovely little restaurant next to the water. Service was very friendly. Prices are reasonable, we went for mixed cold cuts, focaccia bread and some other nibles with 2 glass of white wine. Paid 34 euros in total. No cover or service charge.
